A T-Level Software Development student with hands-on enterprise chatbot experience — happiest when turning messy problems into clean, working code.
About me
I'm a Level 3 T-Level Software Development student at Access Creative College in London, graduating in August 2026. My path into tech started in a Game Design diploma and quickly pivoted once I realised I was more interested in building the systems underneath than the worlds on top.
Over the past year I've had the rare chance to work at real scale — as a Cognitive Engineer at Lloyds Banking Group I developed and maintained IBM Watson chatbots, designed conversation flows, and wrote Python and Bash scripts to test and improve them. Alongside my studies I also run Conturre, a small business based in Krakow, where I handle the website, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
My goal after finishing T-Level is to join a team of engineers where I can keep learning, contribute to products people actually use, and turn the habits I've already built — debugging patiently, documenting properly, and shipping on time — into a long career in software.

Selected work
IBM Watson ChatbotLloyds Banking Group
During my placement as a Cognitive Engineer at Lloyds Banking Group, I developed and maintained a conversational AI system using IBM Watson. Work included designing conversation flows, building flowcharts for new intents, writing Python and Bash scripts to support testing, and iteratively improving responses based on real user sessions.
Conturrecompany website & operations
Conturre Sp. z o.o. is a small business based in Krakow where I serve as CEO and handle the technical side end to end — maintaining and updating the company website, managing documentation, and solving operational and technical issues as they come up. It's a real product with real stakes, and a great place to keep sharpening my web development fundamentals.
Scripts & automationPython / Bash toolkit
A growing collection of Python and Bash utilities built across my T-Level studies and professional work — from chatbot testing helpers and log parsers to small automation scripts that take repetitive work off my plate. A working archive of the tools I reach for again and again.
Education & experience
CEO & Web Development Specialist / Experience
Run the daily operations of a small business while serving as the technical lead — maintaining and updating the company website, handling documentation and paperwork, planning project timelines, and solving operational and technical issues as they come up.
Level 3 T-Level Software Development / Education
Two-year technical qualification equivalent to three A-Levels, combining classroom learning with a substantial industry placement. Coursework covers software design principles, programming, testing and debugging, algorithms, data structures, and professional practices.
Cognitive Engineer / Technical Application Specialist / Experience
Developed and maintained chatbots using IBM Watson — designing conversation flows, creating flowcharts for new intents, writing Python and Bash scripts, and continuously testing and improving chatbot performance. Identified and resolved technical issues and delivered assigned projects on time.
Level 2 Diploma, Game Design / Education
The course that first pulled me into building software. Covered design fundamentals, interactive systems, and collaborative project work — and gave me the foundation I built on when moving into T-Level Software Development.
Office Assistant (Self-Employed) / Experience
Manage administrative paperwork and documentation, coordinate tasks to ensure projects ship on time, and solve the small daily operational problems that keep things running smoothly. Where I first learned to plan ahead and communicate clearly.
GCSE / Education
Completed secondary education with GCSE qualifications across core and technical subjects, building the foundation for further study at Access Creative College.
